WHAT PREINC RECORDS
What PreInc records
A completed checkout produces a factual summary of checkout and payment state. Only a status genuinely reported by the verifier is called verified.
What the record contains
- Checkout reference and status
- Requested amount and currency (USDT)
- Invoice wallet address
- Founder-provided product or service description
- Solana transaction signature, once a payment is submitted
- Confirmation state: requested, observed, manually confirmed, or verifier-confirmed
The four states
Observed
A Solana transaction sending USDT to the invoice wallet has been seen and executed successfully on-chain. It has not necessarily passed every verifier check yet.
Manually confirmed
A founder, authenticated and authorized on the organization, marked the invoice paid from the dashboard. This is a founder decision, not proof that the automated verifier ran or passed.
Verifier-confirmed
The transaction passed every implemented check: correct USDT mint, exact recipient wallet, exact base-unit amount, minimum confirmation depth, and a transaction hash not already recorded.
What the record is not
A PreInc transaction record is not an invoice, a tax receipt, an accounting document, or a legal opinion. It does not by itself establish tax, accounting, or legal validity. Founders remain responsible for their own recordkeeping, invoicing, and tax obligations.
